Do you clean both homes and businesses?+
Yes. We clean private homes, rentals, offices and other commercial premises.
What does a standard clean include?+
Floors vacuumed and mopped, kitchen counters, sinks and appliance exteriors, bathrooms sanitised, dusting of surfaces and fixtures, beds made, trash removed, mirrors and interior glass polished, and high-touch points wiped down.
Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?+
Yes. We supply plant-based, non-toxic products and our own equipment.

Recurring cleaning

Will the clean be the same each visit?+
Yes. Recurring cleaning follows the same room-by-room checklist every time.
Should I start with a deep clean?+
If the home has not been professionally cleaned recently, we usually recommend it so the recurring schedule starts from a consistent baseline.
Deep and move-out cleaning
What is the difference between deep and regular cleaning?+
Regular cleaning maintains the surfaces used daily. Deep cleaning covers detail areas such as baseboards, grout, vents, fixtures and interior glass that build up over months.
What does move-out cleaning include?+
Cleaning of an empty property: inside cabinets, drawers and closets, bathrooms, appliances by arrangement, baseboards, floors, interior glass and fixtures.
Should the property be empty for a move-out clean?+
Yes, ideally. An empty property allows cabinets, closets and the areas behind furniture to be cleaned properly.
Do you clean inside ovens and fridges?+
Inside reachable appliances is included by arrangement — mention it when you request a quote so it is scoped correctly.
